Sister Patterson's self help program will teach you how to build a better you.Here you will find some of my many teaching tools...proven to build a better personal life    Block 1  Pray When you wake in the morning pray .When we pray,prayer moves the Heavens and the Earth .Pray for what you want to happen in your day. Block 2.Positive when you think positive thoughts about yourself, you're building a foundation to a better you.You must always confront  whatever it is that you want to change,or make happen in your life.Positive thinking will help you see yourself in a brighter light. It's a thought process called your THINK! I will cover the THINK process in a later series. Block 3 Dream Most all people have hopes,desires,and dreams in life.Today is your time to make all your dreams come true,your feelings of hopelessness will now become hope ! your feelings of helpless will now become your help .You are no longer lost ,because you can dare to dream .I s there a gold in your life that you want to achieve?take that dream gold and write it down,be very specific ,ask yourself...what key steps will I have to take too make my dreams come true? Just remember your working with one dream at a time,don't go bouncing all over the place! doing so will delay your process.After you have found the correct key steps you're on your way to making your dream come true.Do not let your knowledge sit on an old dusty shelf ,if it's their now! dust it off and work on it.Don't let any person tell you that your dream will not come true.keep away from all negativity. Block4   Freedom .True freedom is an action,how does one truly become...free to live! love! and enjoy! his or her own life? Millions of people may think they're free, but they are not .Why? because they don't know how to brake the invisible chain of fear .So called... free people suffer the choke holds that  fear brings. Fear will make you ask yourself some of these type questions.....What will I do if I loose my job? What if the company goes under? Do I have the money too pay my bills ? what if he,or she brakes you with me? Will I graduate on time? is he cheating on me? What if all turns out wrong? These are all fear based questions that are programed in your mind by what you read,see,hear, and talk about around the water cooler on a daily basis. Listen too the world around you ,you're programed to fear the worst outcome of any given situation ,it's a curse believe it or not. True freedom is born out of what action you take in a given situation. Loss of job...find another. The company goes under...that's not the only one in the country.Don't have the money to pay bills...pay the smallest amount that you can through insurance .If he leaves you,or you leave him don't look back.Schools have graduation ceremonies every year. If he has cheated there was not a thing truly their when you relationship began.If something turns out wrong you can fix it. See problems solved. Freedom is truly given when you learn too let go. Block 5. Yes .Yes is happy three letter word filled with accomplishments .Yes ! you can have it all.Yes! you can do it all.Your all is what you want your yes too be . Did I loose you...lol Anything that you wish to achieve or have is your all! your all is now your yes! I can,yes I will... .Got me now?  Block 6.No .No is never an option when building a better you.
